Join us backstage at The Orion on Saturday, December 6 for a cozy, candlelit evening featuring a five-course feast inspired by “Le Réveillon,” the traditional French celebration on Christmas Eve.

This special December dinner blends elevated French technique with Southern soul, crafted by Chef Josh Quick of Florence’s beloved Odette. Each dish highlights locally and sustainably-sourced ingredients, bringing warmth, flavor, and a touch of elegance to your holiday season.

Seatings start at 5:30 PM, with the last seating of the night at 6:45 PM. Tickets are $92 + tax (adults) and $56 + tax (children.) Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price of each ticket, along with a complimentary glass of wine. We welcome guests to arrive 10 minutes before the reservation time. If you’d like to be seated with guests who purchased tickets separately, please email kamerra.liles@theorionhuntsville.com to make arrangements.

THE MENU

Course one:
Duroc pork rillette - grilled sourdough, local apple chutney, lavender mustard

Course two:
Smoked rutabaga puree - winter truffle, marinated Hakurei turnips

Course three:
Butter poached gulf shrimp - warm farro salad, confit fennel, Aleppo vinaigrette

Course four:
Roasted beef tenderloin - sherry braised mushrooms, potato pave, horseradish whipped cream, crispy shallots

Course five:
White chocolate cheesecake mousse - raspberry sorbet, chocolate shortbread-candied orange crumble, Grand Marnier ganache
